ITRs signed

Ready for mechanical completion once punch A clears and the last ITR is signed.

Every asset, its test, who signed it and what is left. This is what we set up and run.

Projects rarely fall over during construction. They fall over at handover.

When the ITRs live in spreadsheets, the punch list is one nobody trusts and the dossier is built in a panic, a finished plant cannot be handed over. We set up the system, run the field discipline and verify the data, so handover is a formality rather than a fire drill.

How completions works

One clear line to handover

The same method on every project, so audits stay clean and nothing is left for the last week.

  1. Scope and readiness review

We map your systems, data and handover requirements, and agree what ‘done’ looks like before anyone touches a register.

  2. Set up the system

We configure the CCMS, tag, ITR and QVD registers and reporting, so the structure is right from the first walkdown.

  3. Run the field

Walkdowns, ITRs, punch and progress, tracked in one place, reported clearly and kept audit ready throughout.

  4. Certify each subsystem

Mechanical completion certified subsystem by subsystem, with every test signed and every punch item accounted for.

  5. Hand over, audit ready

Clean dossiers and complete data handed to commissioning and operations, without the last minute scramble.

What clients say

“Attie and Ruben ran the completions side of the CBESS1 commissioning for us. They kept the PIMS data clean, kept the reporting current, and gave us good visibility into where completions stood throughout commissioning. They also found ways to automate a lot of the reporting and admin that would otherwise have taken the team a significant amount of time. I’d be happy to have them involved in any project I’m running.”
Luis QueirosCommissioning Manager, Future Energy, Synergy
“We brought Corefield in to handle completions on the WBESS project. They set the system up properly, engaged with the project engineering and construction teams where it mattered, kept the ITR and completions data clean through to sign off, jumping through hoops that typically crop up, and gave us reporting we could rely on. For a small team they know the ropes and what completions a construction project requires. I would definitely use them again.”
