Completions, from system to sign off

Every major project ends the same way. Someone has to prove the plant is safe to switch on. We build and run the system that holds that proof together: which asset, which tests, who signed them off and what is still outstanding. Choosing a completions system is a long commitment made early, usually with incomplete information and a vendor in the room. We prepare the independent case: what your project actually requires, what each option genuinely does, what it costs to run, and where it will hurt. No reseller relationships and no preferred platform, so the recommendation is yours to own.

Completions work arrives in waves. You need depth at peak and discipline through close out, and carrying that as permanent headcount rarely makes sense. We supply people who have run this work before, from FEED through to handover, engaged directly or through labour hire, and they work to the same standards whether the system is ours or yours.

An independent set of eyes on your completions data before it matters. We test mechanical completion readiness, ITR and QVD integrity and dossier completeness, then hand you a clear gap analysis and a remediation plan, so nothing derails handover or acceptance.
