Every major project ends the same way. Someone has to prove the plant is safe to switch on. A typical site holds around 20,000 assets: generators, transformers, cables, pumps, instruments. Every one of them needs tests and sign off before anyone can use it.
Completions is the system that holds it all together. Which asset, which tests, who signed them off and what is still outstanding. Done properly the site gets handed over in pieces instead of one lump at the end, nothing slips through, and problems surface early enough to act on.
We started Corefield Systems because too many good projects were let down at the finish line. Not by the engineering, but by scattered data, weak systems and completions treated as an afterthought.
We treat completions as a system to be designed and run with discipline: structured ITRs, traceable decisions, clean data, and reporting everyone can trust. Where the work is repetitive, such as validation, reporting and dossier assembly, we automate it and then verify it like engineers. The result is a handover that survives scrutiny.

Thirteen years of completions, from the tools up
Corefield Systems was founded by Attie Groenewald. The method on this site is how he has run completions on some of Western Australia’s largest industrial projects.
In the field
Started on the tools as an instrumentation mechanician and technician. Calibration, loop checks and signing ITRs on Roy Hill, Wheatstone LNG, AGL Rockingham and BHP Yarnima.
