With construction closing out, the client wanted completions data to carry straight into commissioning instead of being rebuilt for a second time.

Worked alongside the client’s commissioning contractor rather than in parallel to them
Kept one source of truth for completions data from construction into start-up
Client and contractor are now in discussion with us on further projects

Migrated the project from MCplus to PIMS and delivered the new scope in four months
